A typical hotel uses social, organic source, referral, brand search, newsletters to convert lookers to bookers.
 
Social is the most important for a hotel to employ because you can communicate and interact with influencers as followers. Whatever the size of your company, you always need social contact.

Environmental Manager, also increasingly known as sustainability manager, is responsible for overseeing the environmental performance of private, public and voluntary sector organizations. He develops, implements and monitors environmental strategies, policies and programs that promote sustainable development. Environmental manager examines corporate activities to establish where improvements can be made and ensures compliance with environmental legislation across the organization. He has a wide remit and will review the whole operation, carrying out environmental audits and assessments, identifying and resolving environmental problems and ensuring necessary changes are implemented. He also carries out important staff training and ensures all members of the workforce recognize and understands their own contributions to improved environmental performance.
